During the communication, we offered tailored customization suggestions based on the client’s brand style. We recommended matte and brushed metal finishes that are widely popular in the European market, and explained our raw material standards and export quality inspection rules in detail, completely solving the client’s worries about product compliance and quality.
We also had in-depth discussions about mass production lead time, exclusive customized packaging, order adjustment details and long-term cooperation modes. The client gave us genuine feedback. They mentioned that most suppliers only provide fixed product pictures and template materials without showing real factory conditions, which makes buyers feel uncertain. In contrast, our real-time factory display and one-on-one personalized service made them feel reliable and trustworthy.
